Printing presentation (signatory) folders

Folders have traditionally been a part of corporate image. Whether this is your company's presentation or participation in an international exhibition, professional seminar, your folder will always reflect your company's image, your signatory style, that's why it must always be vivid, nice and recognizable. And this is why your folders must always have a top design, their quality also being as high.

There are three basic signatory folder designs, let's have a look at their details.

One-piece folders are cut from one sheet together with all pockets and holes needed. After printing they need manual assembling. This is the most popular corporate (signatory) folder design for seminars, conferences, exhibitions, etc.

Folders with glued pockets: a spread A3 sheet with inside glued-on pockets for presentation papers, business cards, etc.

Folders without pockets: the simplest folder variant used to award certificates of merit, speeches, conference reports, etc.

The 215x307 mm trim size of conventional signatory folders is used with an intention to cover the standard 210x297 A4 sheet.

The lead time for folder printing is 4-6 days following the artwork approval depending on the complexity of the post-print finishing.
